YASNI MASE
HEAD CHEF
Yasni moved to NZ from Makassar, Sulawesi. She is our ‘wonder woman’ who cooks up a storm of delicious dishes from our tiny kitchen.
BENNET VARIAN
SOUS CHEF
Bennet is originally from Bandung, Java. He jokes that he has travelled all the way to NZ to be back in Bandung. He brings inside know-ledge of Bandung street food and worked in America before coming to NZ.
LEA SULIYAH
BREAKFAST CHEF
Lea is originally from Jakarta, Java but has lived in NZ for many years. Her scones are well known with Parnell office workers.
